Alvechurch Village Hall is run by a Management committee, consisting of volunteers. The Hall Manager reports to the committee at bi-monthly committee meetings. Minutes of these meetings are available here [link].
As well as overseeing the day to day running of the Hall, the committee is responsible for its maintenance and refurbishment. In recent years, this work has included the replacement of the Hall’s windows and installation of energy efficient insulation. New tables and chairs have also been purchased.
Regular Hall users are invited to join the committee, which also has representation from villagers not otherwise connected with the Hall. If you are interested in joining the committee, either as a representative of a regular user group or as a Village Representative, please contact us.
